Job summary

Crunch, LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver a professional, results‑driven experience. You’ll design individualized programs, coach clients, and help them set and achieve goals while maintaining accountability.

This non-exempt, hourly role supports client enrollment, retention and revenue growth, reporting under the Personal Training Director. A current NASM certification, CPR/AED, and ClubConnect access are required.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification is required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging personal training sessions aligned with program standards.
• Create individualized training programs based on client goals, history and limitations.
• Evaluate progress and adjust programming regularly.
• Maintain client communication and accountability inside and outside sessions.
• Record hours, sessions, and events accurately in Workday and company systems.
