Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or equivalent).
• CPR and AED certification current.
• Experience building client bases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging Personal Training sessions aligned with company standards.
• Create individualized training programs around each client's goals and limitations.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client.
