You will work under the Personal Training Director, manage enrollment, retain clients, and contribute to revenue growth while adhering to company programming standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other).
• CPR and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven Personal Training sessions in line with company standards.
• Create individualized training programs tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming as needs evolve.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside scheduled sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client and track progress.
