Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer at our Fresno club to deliver high-quality training experiences. You will develop individualized programs, track progress, and maintain strong client relationships to drive engagement and outcomes.

The role requires coaching, client acquisition, and ongoing accountability to help members reach long-term fitness goals while contributing to personal revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Prior Personal Training or coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to build and retain a client base.
• Trainer level and compensation determined by Crunch Compensation Plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven Personal Training sessions.
• Create individualized training programs around each client’s goals, abilities, and history.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust programming accordingly.
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client.
