• Demonstrated ability to build and retain a client base preferred.
• Trainer level and rate are determined by education score, certification, and Crunch experience per Compensation Plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, engaging, results-driven training sessions per company programming standards.
• Create individualized training programs around client goals, history, and limitations.
• Regularly evaluate progress and adjust programming as goals evolve.
• Maintain communication and accountability with clients inside and outside sessions.
• Conduct monthly results reviews with each client per company standards.
