Republic Finance, LLC in Tampa seeks a Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans and build strong customer relationships. You will manage loan applications, explain options, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering a positive total customer experience.

The role requires a professional demeanor, reliable communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced team environment in a growth-focused branch.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.
• Ability to pass background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen; insurance licensing eligibility.

Mansioni

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and loan products to borrowers.
• Close loans and manage servicing of a growing portfolio.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and provide excellent customer care.
