DLA Piper is seeking a Sr Analyst - Restructuring to support strategic growth through market intelligence and financial analysis. You will work with Restructuring Partners to identify opportunities, build models, and monitor distressed markets across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration, or quantitative fields such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• 6 years of experience in related analytical roles in finance, restructuring or distressed debt analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, analyze, monitor, and report on market opportunities for the Restructuring Practice Group.
• Develop client pursuit opportunities and targeting lists.
• Conduct research on macro and micro-economic developments across distressed industries to inform targeting efforts.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools and models using internal/external data for targeting.
• Build financial and statistical models to strategize opportunities for clients and the Firm.
• Monitor news cycles, SEC filings, and other sources to flag distressed indicators for opportunities.
