Stout is seeking a Manager, Corporate Recovery Services - Disputes, Claims & Investigations in multiple U.S. cities.

You will lead complex restructuring engagements, serve as the primary client contact, and deliver in-depth financial analyses for bankruptcy, Fresh-Start accounting, and corporate reorganizations. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior leadership to grow the practice, and contribute to client service excellence in high-pressure environments across the Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA or CA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement workstreams across restructuring, insolvency, and turnaround engagements.
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact with management, lenders, and creditors.
• Prepare and review 13-week cash flow forecasts, liquidity analyses, and distressed-company financial models.
• Oversee Fresh-Start accounting engagements (ASC 852) including planning and post-emergence validation.
• Mentor and develop Analysts and Senior Consultants.
• Support business development and expand client relationships.
