Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and revising pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda in Chapter 11 and related proceedings.
• Research and analyze complex issues under US Bankruptcy Code and related statutes; translate analysis into strategic recommendations.
• Develop and analyze plans of reorganization and draft disclosure statements for confirmation hearings.
• Negotiate stay issues, cash collateral, DIP financing, and provide protection; interface with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
