PARS Therapy in Henderson, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Coldspring, TX to support patients in their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized in-home therapy and collaborative care with a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage recommended.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT and per plan of care.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement interventions to meet functional needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications through therapy.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans with proven techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation.
