Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh is seeking a part-time ReStore Associate to support day-to-day operations of the front end, sales floor, and donation processing. You will work with volunteers to complete tasks efficiently and provide excellent service to donors, customers, and volunteers.

The role requires availability evenings and weekends, with an expected 30-hour week, Monday through Saturday, including Saturday shifts. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, customers on the sales floor, and volunteers.
• Communicate our mission and purpose to volunteers and customers.
• Keep donation area neat, clean, and organized.
• Price and place donated goods after evaluating condition/price.
• Ensure volunteers complete daily tasks in a timely and safe manner.
• Work on daily tasks assigned by Restore leadership team.
