West Bay RI is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide restorative supports for individuals with I/DD in Coventry & Johnston, RI. The role offers a pay rate of $24.00-$25.00 per hour with a weekend differential of +$1.00/hour.

This position supports behavioral health care plans and promotes independence, well-being, and community integration in community-based settings. Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-2 years supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs.
• Safety Care Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative services per care plans.
• Provide supportive, respectful relationships to individuals.
• Use crisis intervention skills during challenging moments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance daily routines and life skills.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment promoting growth and autonomy.
