Powerback Rehabilitation to You is hiring a Full Time Restorative Aide to support restorative nursing programs across patient care teams. The role involves delivering restorative services under supervision, coordinating with nurses and therapists, and documenting progress to maximize patient functioning.

The position offers full-time hours (32-40 hrs weekly) across 6 days, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities for CEU

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Two years' experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, directs and participates in restorative programs for individual patients.
• Provides safe restorative care and communicates goals with nursing and rehab staff.
• Attends care plan conferences and contributes to restorative plan of care.
• Maintains accurate restorative progress and documentation.
• Promotes safety and strives for patient's highest possible functioning.
