Job summary

The Alden Network in Chicago is seeking a dedicated restorative nurse to develop and implement nursing programs aimed at enhancing customer function. You will ensure the restorative nursing philosophy is promoted across all departments while directly overseeing the nursing program’s quality of care.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN or LPN license in Illinois, restorative certification, and current CPR certification. Strong communication skills and physical capability are also essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or an LPN in the state of Illinois.
• Must be restorative certified by an accredited school or recognized accrediting agency.
• Must possess current CPR certification or become certified within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision of the restorative nursing program.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services.
• Sets up documentation flow sheets for daily documentation of restorative nursing measures.
