Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) for full-time and part-time roles with negotiable hours. Expect at least one weekend shift per week as part of a compassionate care team. Provides restorative nursing care in addition to standard CNA duties to enhance residents’ quality of life.

The successful candidate will hold a CO CNA license, have RNA experience, and be able to work in a LTC/SNF setting; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.
• Experience as RNA preferred.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing care in addition to CNA duties as directed.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing team to maintain resident comfort and safety.
