Job summary

Avantara North is growing and seeks a Restorative Nursing Aide to join our friendly team. You will help residents maintain mobility and independence by performing mobility exercises and assisting with daily living tasks according to each resident’s care plan.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a South Dakota CNA certificate, and CPR certification. One year of RN A experience is preferable; we offer competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; unencumbered South Dakota CNA certificate; CPR certification.
• One year RN A experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobility exercises per individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents to restore mobility and independence.
• Observe changes in condition and report them.
• Maintain a safe environment and document care.
