Job summary

Stellar Living in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Full-Time Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. Pay range is $19.26–$26.75 per hour, depending on experience, with a Full-Time schedule.

The role involves collaborating with nursing and therapy to maintain residents’ independence and mobility while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. The RNA will provide restorative services per care plans, assist with ROM, mobility, transfers, ADLs, and walking programs,

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Restorative nursing or skilled nursing experience preferred, but training is offered.
• Ability to safely assist residents with transfers, mobility, positioning, and exercises.
• Strong communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing services according to each resident's care plan.
• Assist with ROM, ambulation, transfers, positioning, mobility and other restorative programs.
• Encourage participation in restorative activities and promote independence in ADLs.
• Assist with walking programs and use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other devices.
• Document resident participation, progress and response.
• Observe for changes in condition and report to the nurse promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy and other team members.
• Provide assistance with ADLs and resident care as needed.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety and rights at all times.
• Follow infection-control, safety and facility policies; participate in required trainings.
