Job summary

KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP in Sequim, WA is seeking an Entry-level Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to perform restorative programs under the supervision of a Physical/Occupational Therapist and a physician's order. This full-time role reports to the Director of Nursing and pays $25.00–$28.00 per hour.

You will assist with ambulation, ROM, weight bearing therapy per plan of care, and documentation while ensuring residents’ dignity and safety in a 24-hour skilled care environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• RNA certification
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication in English

Responsibilities

• Performs restorative/rehabilitation care and services (ambulation, Range of Motion, etc.) per care plans.
• Encourage residents to participate in ADL functions.
• Document resident participation and response per regulations and policy.
• Coordinate splinting program and assist with mobility.
• Maintain infection control guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents.
