Aviata Health Group at Bryan Dairy in Largo, FL is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct restorative care to residents and help them reach their maximum functional potential while fostering a culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be certified/registered in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility.
• Knowledge and skills in basic Restorative Nursing principles and practices preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct restorative care, including restorative dining, splints, ADLs, bowel and bladder management, ROM, ambulation, and transfers.
• Encourage residents to participate in their programs with verbal cueing, one-on-one support, and safety precautions.
• Maintain documentation on each resident participating in Restorative Program and notify management of changes.
• Create and implement new ideas to continually improve systems and processes.
