Job summary
At Premier Washington Health Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in Washington, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania nursing license required.
- Experience in restorative nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in a restorative care setting, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients, communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists to develop and implement treatment plans that promote recovery and independence
- Monitor and report patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
