Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead and implement the restorative nursing program. The role involves performing restorative procedures that maximize residents’ independence under supervision and supporting admissions when needed.

The position requires an active LPN or RN license, 1–3 years’ related experience (supervisory experience preferred), and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care within our rehab team.

• Provide restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' independence.
• Assist with admissions as needed at the facility.
• Maintains positive, collaborative approach with the rehab team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' abilities and independence.
• Assist as needed with potential admissions at the building.
• Follow schedule: Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts with some weekend rotation.
