Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) to join our resident-focused team in Webb City, Missouri. You will support residents with daily activities and restorative care, working with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity, and comfort.

Requirements include Missouri RNA certification and a high school diploma. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) certification in Missouri is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a long-term care or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other medical procedures as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) to join our team at our Webb City, Missouri location.

Job Summary:

As a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort for all residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
