Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nurse Aide (RNA) to join our Restorative Care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and participate in care planning.

This is a full-time day position in a premier skilled nursing facility. Applicants must hold Missouri CNA certification, a high school diploma, and be able to lift and transfer residents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
• Help with vital signs monitoring and documentation.
• Participate in care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
