Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for full-time night shifts in Advance, MO. You will support residents with daily living activities and provide essential care in a warm, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while maintaining records and communicating with the healthcare team. We offer advancement opportunities and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor toward residents and teammates

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate records of resident care
• Assist with vital sign checks and report changes to the healthcare team
• Support mobility and ambulation as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean environment with infection control procedures
