Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Missouri is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report to nursing staff.
