Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program within Signature Rehab. This role supports residents’ independence and coordinates with the Rehab team to improve quality of life across our nursing facilities nationwide.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with occasional weekend rotation, and join a benefits-rich team committed to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One to three years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restorative nursing program and supervise restorative activities.
• Perform restorative nursing procedures to maximize residents' abilities and independence.
• Coordinate with admissions as needed and support the rehab team.

Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.
• Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building.
• Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Recognize resident's needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc.

Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift, will have manager on duty once quarterly
