Qualifications

• Experience in restorative practice and behavior intervention.
• Three years in uniformed service with youth-related investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigative & Case Support: conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews; obtain statements and prepare incident reports; update parents on progress.
• Detention: supervise detention and Corrective Work Order; ensure completion of tasks; coordinate with teachers for missed detention.
• In-House Suspension Support: assist in managing students on internal suspension and maintain learning continuity.
• Administrative Support: data entry for late-coming, offences and interventions; compile statistics; monitor reporting channels; maintain confidentiality.
• Any other duties administrative and operational duties pertaining to student management as assigned by School.
