Up to $500k in the first year and up to $550k in year 2+

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Prosthodontist or General Dentist with full arch, fixed experience to join as a Restorative Doctor at our Baltimore, MD location. We are a leader in dental implant services, known for exceptional patient care and innovative solutions, with over 45 locations nationwide and more than 50,000 5-star Google reviews.

Our Restorative Doctors are adaptable, eager to learn, and possess knowledge of dental implants along with a prosthodontic background. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Hours are full-time, 4-5 days/week. Compensation includes base salary + % of production, with first-year earnings between $300-525k and $320-550k in subsequent years, with top earners exceeding $485k.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited school
• Prosthodontics certificate or equivalent experience
• Unrestricted Maryland dental license
• DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• All-on-X restorative treatment experience
• Extensive removable prosthodontics experience
• CBCT implant planning
• Residency training in AEGD/GPR/Prosthodontics

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment plan All-on-X cases
• Patient education on treatment options
• Collaborate with other providers to complete treatments
• Deliver high-quality prosthetic treatments
• Build rapport with patients and staff
• Deliver prosthetics per practice standards

Typical Day

• Review patient info and CT scans for treatment planning
• Create prosthodontic plans and collaborate with surgeons
• Assist during surgeries with prosthodontic guidance
• Gather records and create lab prescriptions
• Deliver restorations and follow-up
