Job summary

Aegis Therapies at Hill Country Heights in Copperas Cove, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Restorative Care for PRN weekend shifts. You will work with the therapy team to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs to residents.

No restorative experience is required if you hold a CNA certification; onsite training is provided. You’ll assist with ambulation, transfers, bed mobility and activity participation, while enjoying career growth and supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Personal trainer or fitness certification preferred.
• Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the therapy team.
• Receive restorative training onsite; no prior restorative experience required if CNA certified.
• Assist in restorative care tasks such as ambulation, transfers, bed mobility.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation and therapy staff.
