Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Magnolia, TX is hiring a part-time Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care to join our Rehab Therapy Team. You will work up to 20 hours weekly with weekend coverage, reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for residents.

No restorative experience is required as on-site training is provided; CNA certification is required. You will support restorative tasks such as ambulation, transfers, bed mobility, ROM, dressing, and

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in state of practice.
• Background in exercise and activity training with seniors preferred.
• On-site restorative training provided; no prior restorative experience required.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation / Therapy and collaborate with the therapy team to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs.
• Receive full restorative training on-site; assist in restorative care as directed.
• Perform exclusive restorative tasks (ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing) with limited CNA duties.
