Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with restorative/rehabilitative activities per ROM/plan.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech‑Language Pathologist to implement plans.
• Support patient-focused, respectful care as part of Providence Valdez Medical Center.
