Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nurse Aide (CNA) to support residents in achieving their highest functional level. You will perform restorative activities, assist with ROM, transfers, ADLs, and collaborating with the therapy team to promote mobility and independence.

As part of our team, you will document care, monitor residents, and contribute to training staff in restorative techniques while maintaining safety and professionalism every day.

Qualifications

• Holds an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Experience in long-term care and restorative nursing practices.
• Understands safe body mechanics and resident safety protocols.
• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
• Passionate about helping residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care services, including ROM, ambulation, positioning, transfers, ADLs, prosthetic management, and restorative dining.
• Carry out care plans and restorative programs under the direction of the DON/ADON and therapy team.
• Monitor, apply, and maintain positioning devices such as splints, slings, and hand rolls.
• Complete accurate documentation and charting in a timely manner.
• Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes in residents to the Charge Nurse.
• Weigh and document residents monthly as part of routine assessments.
• Assist in training staff in restorative techniques.
• Demonstrate professionalism through strong attendance, a positive attitude, and appropriate conduct.
