Job summary

The Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide restorative nursing programs and to assist with therapy delegated tasks under supervision. You will work closely with the therapy and nursing teams to ensure residents receive planned programs.

Responsibilities include ROM and ambulation support, bed mobility, transfers, restorative dining, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA with restorative care training or experience.
• Two years of clinical CNA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices.
• Ability to work as part of a nursing and therapy team.
• Reliable, with good judgment and initiative.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative programs: ROM, ambulation, bed mobility.
• Administer and assist with restorative dining and cueing.
• Support transfer techniques and dignity in care.
• Document progress notes and resident responses daily.
• Attend care plan meetings and report concerns to nurses.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff on plans.
