SAN-Diego-Post--acute seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing and daily activities in a long-term care setting in El Cajon, CA. You will report changes to nursing staff and support therapy with range-of-motion exercises.

Qualifications include active CNA certification, Restorative Aide Training, CPR, and a high school diploma. The role requires physical stamina and compassion; pay is $23–$25 per hour, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CNA and Restorative Aide Training.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year experience in a long term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with exercise to improve or maintain mobility and independence.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation and range of motion.
• Provide and maintain clean clothing and linens for residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Position residents to prevent skin issues and help with odor control.
• Report significant findings or changes to nursing/therapy staff.
• Assist residents for medical tests, appointments and meals.
• Assist with elimination and sanitation of bedpans and related devices.
