Job summary

The Saber Health Group seeks a Restorative CNA to provide compassionate direct care for residents in a skilled nursing facility at Autumn Care of Suffolk in Suffolk, VA. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and participate in restorative programs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state you work.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Deliver restorative programs and activities to support residents' well-being.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection prevention policies and established procedures.
