Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is hiring a Restorative Aide | CNA for Montgomery Children's Specialty Center in Montgomery, AL. You will deliver rehabilitative and therapeutic services under licensed supervision, helping residents reach their highest practicable ADL level through structured retraining.

Requirements include active CNA certification in the state, prior LTC/SNF experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must have active, in good standing CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as CNA in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Prior experience as Restorative Aide in a LTC/SNF required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative and therapeutic services as ordered and supervised by licensed medical staff.
• Assist residents to achieve or maintain highest practicable ADL level through re-teaching and retraining.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and licensing requirements.
