Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. in Jamestown, NC is seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join our skilled nursing team.

The role focuses on helping residents maintain or improve mobility and independence through restorative care. You will work under the Restorative Nursing Program leadership, deliver services per care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Current CNA certification required.
Experience in skilled nursing or restorative nursing preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

Deliver restorative nursing services as outlined in resident care plans.
Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, and daily activities to support functional goals.
Accurately document resident progress and report any changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
