Job summary

Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA/CNA) to join our team in Morehead City, North Carolina. The RNA provides restorative services to residents under care plans and collaborates with the clinical team to maximize residents' independence and safety.

Requirements include an active NC CNA certification; RNA certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience is valued, with emphasis on clear communication

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification required.
• RNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative nursing services as directed by the resident's plan of care.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility programs, and functional activities.
• Document resident participation and progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life.
