NHC HealthCare Somerville is seeking a Restorative Aide / CNA in Somerville, TN to help residents maintain mobility and independence. You will implement restorative nursing plans and work with the nursing team to support daily living activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and dignity for residents. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; pay starts at $15 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Qualifications

• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Restorative nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Interest in working with geriatric and rehabilitation patients.
• Ability to follow individualized restorative nursing plans and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, patient-focused; values honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with restorative programs such as ROM exercises.
• Support ambulation, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Document restorative care and patient participation.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
