Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Restorative Nursing Aide to provide resident-centered care in long-term care. You will use mobility exercises and restorative routines integrated into daily activities to support residents’ independence.

Under RN supervision, you will document progress in the EMR, follow infection prevention practices, and perform dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, and mobility tasks with correct body mechanics and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Apply restorative interventions to daily routines and programming.
• Document resident progress and report changes promptly.
• Maintain infection control and use PPE per guidelines.
