Job summary

NHC HealthCare Tullahoma is seeking a Restorative CNA for a full-time role with a Wed-Sun 7a-3p schedule. You will participate in restorative programs, document care in the EHR, and support patient goals in collaboration with the nursing and therapy teams.

Restorative CNA Position Highlights:

• Understands and practices universal precautions with all patients. Adheres to isolation precautions and the center’s infection prevention and control policies.
• Oversee, direct, and participate in Restorative Programs initiated for individual patients.
• Communicate with the restorative nursing and therapy team concerning goal setting and approaches to individual patient needs.
• Maintains accurate restorative documentation of all patients participating in any restorative programs, including documentation in the EHR. Reports (and records when appropriate) any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and any unusual incidents.
