Job summary

NHC HealthCare Tullahoma in Tennessee is seeking a Restorative CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule (Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

The role involves overseeing restorative programs, direct patient care, and documentation in the EHR, with emphasis on safety and infection prevention. • Familiar with universal precautions and infection control policies.
• Maintains accurate restorative documentation and uses the EHR.

• Communicate with the restorative nursing/therapy team on patient goals.
• Maintain restorative documentation and report changes or incidents as needed.

Restorative CNA Position Highlights:

• Understands and practices universal precautions with all patients. Adheres to isolation precautions and the center’s infection prevention and control policies.
• Oversee, direct, and participate in Restorative Programs initiated for individual patients.
• Communicate with the restorative nursing and therapy team concerning goal setting and approaches to individual patient needs.
• Maintains accurate restorative documentation of all patients participating in any restorative programs, including documentation in the EHR. Reports (and records when appropriate) any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and any unusual incidents.
