Mansioni

• Direct restorative nursing care and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to promote transitions across care.
• Assess Veterans in Restorative Care Program and set functional goals.
• Complete restorative nursing sections of MDS and track progress.
• Provide staff education, mentoring, and in-services for restorative care.
