Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services in accordance with facility standards.
• Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, and therapy to plan restorative care.
• Develop and maintain restorative care standards and policies.
• Maintain resident care records and progress notes in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in discharge planning and care plan development, including MDS reviews.
• Provide guidance and training for new personnel and supervise staff.
