Covenant Living and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice in Illinois seeks a Restorative Nursing Assistant to support residents with restorative care plans under supervision of Therapy and Nursing.

Responsibilities include ROM, ambulation, bed mobility, ADLs, transfers, and documenting progress; participate in care planning and weekly restorative meetings. Requires CNA license, 2 years CNA experience, English writing ability, and the strength to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant with an active CNA license.
• Two years of clinical CNA experience.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care per facility policy and standards.
• Perform ROM, ambulation, bed mobility, transfers and ADLs.
• Document progress daily and attend weekly restorative meetings.
• Report changes or problems to nursing staff and therapy.
