Job summary
Broad River Rehab in Alamo, TN is seeking a full-time Restorative Aid / Rehab Tech / Restorative Nursing Assistant / CNA for the day shift. You will provide restorative nursing care per resident plans and may assist therapists and RN-CCC to implement goals.
The role requires a Tennessee CNA license and a commitment to Monday–Saturday schedules. We offer very competitive wages and a robust benefits package with low-cost health insurance, supporting a rewarding team environment in a skilled rehab
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in Tennessee.
- Current physical exam and/or free from communicable disease as required by state law.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday (Day shift).
Responsibilities
- Record restorative documentation entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly documentation per restorative program guidelines.
- Work with therapists/RN-CCC to set restorative goals and interventions.
- Follow safety precautions in performing duties.
- Transport and move patients as directed; assist licensed personnel.
