Broad River Rehab is seeking an RNA/STNA to provide restorative nursing care and functional maintenance to residents in two SNFs, Barnesville and St. Clairsville, OH. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift with no weekends or evenings.

You will document care plans, collaborate with therapists, and support rehabilitative therapies as needed, while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current STNA certification for the state hired.
• Ability to perform restorative nursing tasks and document progress.
• Good communication with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work in a two-site environment with therapy staff.

Responsabilités

• Record restorative/functional maintenance program documentation clearly.
• Complete ongoing documentation under supervision of Rehab Director.
• Collaborate with therapists to set restorative goals for residents.
• Follow safety precautions in all duties.
• Assist with patient transport and maintaining therapy areas.
