Job summary

Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley is hiring a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA/CNA) for full-time day shifts in Henderson, NV. You will implement restorative care plans, assist residents with mobility and daily activities, and monitor vital signs while supporting residents’ overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor restorative care programs to enhance residents' functional abilities.
• Assist residents with daily exercises, mobility activities, and ROM exercises.
• Support residents with adaptive equipment and assistive devices as prescribed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including transfers and bed mobility.
• Help with personal and oral hygiene.
• Reposition immobile patients to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort.
• Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
• Take and report vital statistics.
• Observe and report changes in patient behavior or health.
• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor restorative care programs designed to enhance residents' functional abilities.
• Assist residents with daily exercises, mobility activities, and range-of-motion exercises to improve or maintain their physical abilities.
• Provide support for residents using adaptive equipment and assistive devices as prescribed.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed.
• Help with personal and oral hygiene.
• Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
• Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
• Take and report vital statistics.
• Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
