Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of restorative care principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and engagement to residents, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with rehabilitation programs, including range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
