Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Restorative Aide in Round Rock, TX. You will assist with restorative nursing, mobility activities, and rehabilitation support to promote independence and safety.

Responsibilities include ROM, ambulation, positioning, and daily care, with communication to the PCC and involvement in care planning. Join a team focused on quality outcomes and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to promote comfort and safety.
• Assist in restorative nursing and rehabilitative activities as directed.
• Perform ROM exercises, ambulation support, positioning, and self-feeding assistance.
• Promote independence and functional ability.
• Communicate patient status updates to PCC daily.
• Contribute to care plans with observations and needs information.
• Document changes in patient condition per procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with transfers.
• Assist with therapy areas and rehabilitation equipment upkeep.
• Monitor and record monthly/weekly weight measurements.
• Attend rehabilitation meetings and training sessions.
• Serve as a team leader and support safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
